Hi, Jim here, a newbie. I posted a few pics of my place in Gladwin, Mi. that I've been working on for the last couple years and I find this site very helpful. Looking forward to learning much about how you guys do things. Looks like the pics are gonna wait til I reduce their size, sorry.

Thanks for the responses. It's a 30 x 40 pole barn construction that I had roughed in by a company out of Ohio. Durabuilt, I believe was their name. I've got 2x6 studwalls with r-19 insul and 1/2" osb around the bottom 1200 sq. ft. The bottom 1/4 (300 sq.)where steps to above are will be kit. and small utility .Total square footage is 2400. Upstairs will have 2 bedrooms roughed in now, and master bath and living room to walk out balcony.
I got interested in your group to get some info on all aspects of stuff I have left to do. The finished "L" area or 900 sq. ft. that is done, will make the rest go smoother I hope. Comments and suggestions greatly appreciated. Pics included .
