Newer Herbrand tool box-

Does anybody have info on these? Looks newer, would guess 50's,60's? Possibly a rebadge deal?

Nice heavy metal (red parts) and black plastic sides. Herbrand on the handle is the only marking on the entire box. Lift out socket tray, nice latch.

Looking for anything, era, pricing, etc...

Not 50s. Not early 60s either. The newest Herbrand catalog I have is a 1963 edition and the boxes are all metal, so it's probably later 60s or 70s/80s.
