annoying to think this junk gets made as such an eviromental waste :-(
I'm suspecting these are china coo .
having 2 with same issues kind of hints design/manufacture is sloppy .
I would return all them for refund and buy known good option as 3pc set .

So far the two best Taiwan ratchets I have found are the Carlyle (high tooth count) and Duralast (low tooth count). Everything else has been suspect at best.

The Carlyle is very smooth. Only mistake I make on the 1/4" was using too heavy of a grease and it skipped for a while afterwards. I cleaned and lubed with Super Grease and it was perfect.

Still the best high tooth ratchet I have used so far is the Dual 80. Expensive but worth it. Although I really like the look of the MAC Axis.

Star Asia out of Kent, Washington is Titans parent company.

I am wondering if they label there seconds or blems Klutch?

On a good note I just got off the phone with Northern.

Full refund and do not have to send them back.

Excellent customer service!!!!!!!

Now if they just sold good tools..............I would be ordering from them much more often.

It's a new design for them so maybe they will work out the bugs and they will get better.

It really is a shame though, it is such a nice looking ratchet.
