I have been around this site for a few years..I recently had the Admins. change my Id name from s928s to autowerks9. But for some reson when they did that my post count and other info disappeared
. So i guess I will reintroduce myself.
I live in the suburbs of Philly. A few years back I designed and built my own 22x24 2 car garage in the limited space I have. It is contructed as a pole building with 6x6 supports as part of the structure as well as the cosmetics.
Attic trussed roof allowing a 10x24 loft for storage. Floor is a 6" thick 3000 psi slab and concrete pillars. 100 amp service sub panel, cable TV, Phone and ethernet...all the comforts of home.
