UPS ***** and took forever...so im finally glad to have this stuff now!!

Toptul doesn't cease to amaze me...

The ratchets (CJLN0816 1/4, CYAN 1222 3/8, CYAN1629 1/2) all feel amazing. The ratcheting could be smoother...but they "feel" great...so as long as they work for years ill be happy :)

The chrome sockets are the set GAAR1401 and are the internal torx, E4-E24

The impact sockets are 3/8 drive and i bought complete sets of deep and shallow from 8-22mm..

the only thing i dont like is that the gold lettering, while looking great now, and easy to read in the shop are great, I can see them wearing off kinda easily, and then not having any identifiable marks as to what size they are, other than that...AMAZING! i cant wait to put them to use!

That looks like a great order - I was tempted to try out those ratchets. Now I'm wishing I had...

On that leftmost roto-ratchet, it looks like there is a screw on the neck that connects the two prongs. Is that used to lock or loosen the head angle by tightening or loosening the screw?

on the rotos I have, that have the same design, the screw just tightens the swivel. It doesn't lock it in place.
I have wondered why the "split" goes almost all the way down to the handle

impacts were about 2-3 bucks each,
compared with other grips i like the toptul grip,
ALL of the "roto ratchets" i call em swivels...have the adjustment screw

i too wonder why the split goes so far down...snapon is the same way...there must be some engineering behind it.

im taking some of the stuff to work today but ill post more pics later today...sorry for those i upset :p

I just wanted to say that i was using those swivel head ratchets at work and an A mechanic came over with his snapon of same design...(FH747?) "dude where did you get that.....hey.....hey wtf this is like my snapon one.....$30!?!??!?! if it holds up half as well as my snapon one...im going to kill you and take yours" :p

and they feel smooth and really solid during use

Are those star sockets polished chrome? They look like it and I thought they only came in satin. :dunno:

they are polished chrome...i asked which sockets he had individually and he said he only had this set...so i bought the set...havent had to do any interior work recently so i havent tried them out...im sure they are the same quality as the rest of the lineup:thumbup:
