Nextec batteries work with Milwaukee?

I seem to recall that the Craftsman cordless tools are, essentially the same as Ryobi (manufactured by TTI).

Apparently Milwaukee is under the same umbrella and I've got a bunch of Nextec batteries so I'm curious as to whether Nextec batteries are compatible with Milwaukee M12 tools.

Do they work - or are they designed to be incompatible?

(Ooops, I've since learned that the Nextec tools were made by Chervon - not TTI.)

They don't fit. The only thing I know of where batteries interchange right now is Mac and Dewalt.
