Hey, I'm finally buying an awesome 1100sqft 3 car garage with attached living quarters. We made our offer in Jan and have been waiting on the short sale bank to take care of business. The current owner has hung particle board instead of drywall. Its insulated and already has a air compressor closet and and a heater hung in the corner. I interested in treating the floor. I'm very very new to this and I was going to go with U Coat It and I was thinking gray or gloss black. Now because of the little reading I've done here i might just stain it and seal it. I will be welding, sliding jack stands and rolling floor jacks around.
