Ni-CD Batteries

Hi, just purchased a craftsman 19.2 volt power drill set. It comes with 2 batteries. Since I won't be using these drills daily or even monthly should I not charge the batteries until the day before I need to use the drills or should I charge birth and them store them in the case?

Whether you use them or not, the batteries need to be maintained. They usually come partially charged and you fully charge them. At that point I'd store them and refresh the charge once a month, or so, while in hibernation.
