This appears to be the exact same stand as the Craftsman cast iron stand that Sears is selling except it's painted blue instead of black and it's $87.35 shipped which is about $20 less than what Sears is getting for them.

I've got a couple of these I got from Sears. I have a Wilton 4-1/2" vise on one and am putting a Baldor 7" grinder on the other. The top plate has slots and mounting holes to fit pretty much anything.

HF has the same item for $39 IIRC. I can't find it on the website now so maybe they discontinued it?

I have used both of the HF ones. The "Universal" one is the better of the two IMO. The one with the 3 feet tended to rock alot, and almost fell over once while I was grinding. The other one is pretty solid if you make sure everything is square when assembling. I use the universal one now on both my bench grinder and on my Belt/Disc sander.
