Had one similar to that pop up on Kijiji near here a few months back. If I had the need and place for it I would have grabbed, but it's a bit overkill for my needs. Can't beat the 'cool' factor though.

Outside of tool rooms, i think large-er grinders like that are becoming a thing of the past, especially with modern advancements in belt sanders/grinders. They are cool though. I bought mine for ~$40 just to prevent it from going to scrap.

I agree with zk. About 3 months ago, I turned one down a similar to one to that, priced at 100$, because mi didn't feel I could flip it. Also, I don't have room in my shop for it.
