Nicholson Screwdriver?

I picked this up at a fleamarket a while back. It looks just like an Excelite but has Nicholson for a brand name. I have not seen any like this before. I got it for a dollar so it will go into the electric tools.

Interesting...makes sense though since they were all part of Cooper Tools. Maybe it was a giveaway item?
