QUOTE=tool *****;1243958]Is that a Marantz receiver?[/QUOTE]

You have real good eyes there. (also see post 115 pic) It is from the late 70s or so. My dad and I both bought the same receiver. He enjoyed it for many years playing Guy Lombardo albums I had bought him. It has easy to read dials and does what one of these should do, play music without being a computer expert.

UPDATE: Will be putting the other Marantz on a rack in the garage I need to build. Also have a Sony 20" tube TV that gets a great picture. Rack will mount to wall to keep stuff off new floor I want to install. Plan on rack being next to wall cabinets.

Note TV Stereo Rack will go on either right or left end of cabinets. Big white refrigerator was sold at garage sale. More room now. Car detail carts organized and vet is in from the cold. Wife said she never knew we could really drive in and get out of the car in the garage!

BTW folks it snowed down south here yesterday. In the 70s toward weekend.

Well here is a picture to share because I am sure some didn't think it could be done.

BOTH cars in the garage at one time.

It may not seem like much but don't forget where this "get organized" thread started.

Now, maybe when things warm up I can move everything out for a complete paint job. The white walls are just hard coat plaster, no paint has ever been on these walls or ceiling.

One thing I just learned if the cars are both in the garage it keeps a lot of stuff out.

How you doing Rick?

You have a good eye.:thumbup:

After these pics I found it easier to drive the red vett in forward to be able to clear the door. Have an old console TV I have to surplus and that will give me a couple more feet in front of car.

How's this for close in parking? I bet there are some folks out there parked even closer? Maybe they could post their pictures if they have a space issue too!

Anyone have any parking tricks I should try?:headscrat

Hey all still need to get some more stuff out if you know what I mean. Wife has her contractor ******* (me) on remodel of inside of house. Kitchen is getting close and next are the two baths.

Rick I did get a deal on a portable AC unit, it does help, just need some insulation in the attic. Not perfect but does lower that southern humidity.

BTW, The two cars are now both pointing out and found a way to get into both easier and they are moved back from so very near the door closing on them.

Typical situation, am I alone here? Tell the Truth. I can use an Amen.
