surprise you did not take advantage of attic space for storage or an office. Looks good and I'm sure the added space is huge bonus.

I thought about it, but I have a full attic above my house for storage. I decided the extra space would just encourage me to keep too much stuff.

Understandable but in the world of resale the bonus room would have been a nice addition, and you could have put a sign at the staircase saying hey dipshit do you really need that?

I too am in process of shrinking my stuff. Agree lmuch of it I have not thought about till I moved in my divorce this year.

Nice progress! I agree that too much storage is not always a good thing because stuff winds up getting buried in there. A lot of people have the mindset of you can never have too much storage however I feel that more storage means more **** to store

Nice work. Always worthwhile getting those "before" shots to truly see how far you have come. I often like going back to look at past projects to reminisce.
