Long time lurker here at GJ - got many great ideas for building my workshop from these forums, thought I would finally share a part of my workshop project.
Just coated my 1500 sq ft shop floor with Nohr-S this weekend - couldn't have been easier - very pleased with the results.
Been busy with outside projects during our short Wisconsin summer, now that it's cold and snowy it was time to take advantage of the in-floor heat and get this baby coated.
Had a short window to get this completed - didn't even consider starting this until the day before I left for SEMA 2 weeks ago.
Scotty and the folks at Legacy Industrial provided top notch service and support - had some minor issues that could have derailed the project, but they went above and beyond to resolve - highly recommend them!
2 weeks ago Tuesday - Decided, hey, let's get the garage coated before Thanksgiving break- ordered Nohr-s Kit and xtreme set 100 crack filler from Legacy Industrial
Last Sunday - Wet ground the floor with a dual head edco - took the better part of the day
Tuesday - filled the joints with their xtreme set 100 - very easy to use.
Wednesday - Finish ground the edges and joints, washed and rewashed the floor
Saturday PM - Primed
Sunday AM - Applied the Nohr-S tint coat with flakes, a few hours later applied the clear coat - done in time to watch the Packers crush Miami!
Will let it cure while out deer hunting this next weekend - ready to move everything back in during Thanksgiving break - Thanks again to the folks at Legacy for their great support!
