After three years of use I have had some issues. Lots of yellow tire marks from a 6000 lbs tractor. But I did not put a clear coat on ,went with 3 coats of gray instead. Have had some deep scratches from stones stuck to the bottom of a pallet of firewood, dropping metal pieces on the floor. I filled the expansion joints and coated over them and this winter they started to crack, the floor is heated to 62° degrees. I hope to topcoat in a year with the same product, praying for very little prep work which would be another plus. I don't know how other coatings would hold up so tough to compare.

Thanks for the report. Sounds like you use and abuse your floor and why not?
Yes, choosing not to invest in a clear-coat will increase the opportunity for rubber tires to leach, especially such a heavy machine with tires designed for ag-work.

Yes, stones embedded in a tire and metal can harm a coating. Lastly, yes joints can crack. 1/8" worth of crack filler can't hold back 4-6" of concrete from moving when it wants to especially with 6000lb tractors mulling around. Your base and traffic can dictate your slab stability in addition to temps. Also...I don't think we had Xtreme-Set 100 back then for the joints, it's made quite a difference in the joint performance, much better than the gel.

My suggestion is to give us a ring for instructions on a nice re-coat. The good news is you can add another coat with out much trouble and make your floor like new again. Maybe this time you can do the clear.

Again, good post and and maybe you can give us a wide view of the space from the door or corner so we can see the entire floor?

Location is the northeast. The driveway currently is not paved so stones are constantly brought in on the tires. So it's held up great, except for the tire stains. The other pic shows the floor still has some shine with no special care.

Good update. Your floor is holding up very well considering all the conditions, particularly not having a paved driveway. Like many single-part polyureas, Nohr-S is great stuff.

KTM, the condition is also a testament to your install. Great job!
