I am preparing a warehouse for my wife's business. Shes going to work in the warehouse. Its in a metal building, about 1100 sqr feet. The concrete was fresh poured, but I gave it a nice grind a few weeks ago to even everything out and pre for a coating.
My question is - what would the best coating be? I want it to be eay to clean up, but also sealed. Theres no need to be "hot tire" proof, and there was be any car jacks on it.
I am trying to keep it affordable and DIY. Im leaning towards Rust Bullet Duragrade, but, wondering if this is overkill since this is just going to have foot traffic only.
Is there a SINGLE part coating that is affordable and wont peel on a properly prepped surface? I read horror stories about the big-box brands like Rustoleum, Killz, Gorilla, Behr, etc and am afraid to use them.
