Non-Metallic Sheathed Cable Fittings

I have some T+B 3302 fittings for romex, looking at the specifications it says

"U.L. listed and CSA certified for the following single (1) and pairs of (2) NM and NMC cable; (1) 2#14, 2#12, 2#10, 3#14, 3#12, 3#10, (2) 2#14, 2#12. "

I'm only using 12-2 with ground and 12-3 with ground cables so I'm understanding this to say that I can run 2 of the 12-2 with grounds through one fitting, or 1 of the 12-3's. Just want to make sure that I am reading this correctly.
