I just looked into it. This is what's stated towards the bottom of the TDS:

Please be aware that this product when cured may be slippery when wet without grit added.

It's basically and epoxy/acrylic sealer approved for VCT. It sounds like that it's best with an anti-slip additive such as Shark Grip or ect. added to it. I'm not sure if it will give the same mirror type of high gloss look that some people like from their VCT floors, but it would sure save time and energy in stripping and waxing.

Yes I saw that about the additive.... It comes as a kit.... So of course if you leave out one of the facets of the kit it will not perform as designed. I liked the price and that the spec sheet said not issue with hot tire pick up. Way cheaper the the Wolverine product Alpha "was" selling for VCT. Wonder if Wolverine will pick up a new distributor.... In any event.... Looks like a cure for a new VCT floor install that may see wet conditions in a garage.
