non-SO pink tools

my five year old daughter is spending more and more time in the garage with me fixing stuff. i mean if i have a project she will be out there using the clicker (ratchet) or noisy one (impact), screwdrivers whatever tool she can physically use with or without my help she wants to. where can i get some non snapon pink tools for her to call her own. snapon is just too pricey for her age. or should i get some pink tool dip and dip handles myself.

Why is Snappy too pricey? It's hers and it has a lifetime warranty on it. Start her off the right way, then you'll know she'll NEVER pickup one of those $10 hammer/screwdrivers/etc cheap *** "home tool kits".

When you buy quality once, it only hurts to open the wallet once.

cant warranty what gets lost, she grabs things to ask me what they are then puts it somewhere and moves on the the next. she is pretty good at putting stuff away but she is only 5 so losing things is common

Lose a tool where? Does she go for walks around the neighborhood by her self. Not sure where kids lose tools around the house permanently? Misplaced maybe.

Here ya go. If your daughter is anything like my 7 year old sister, she will care less what brand it is. Save your money because if this set has no missing pieces after a year, she isn't using them

buy her a little box and make her put the stuff away. teach her young to take care of stuff and the wisdom will last her a life time.

I agree with mrshaun. My 5 and 4 year old help me in the garage alot and the first thing I taught them was tools are cleaned and put away when used. They are so vigilent about it that they get on me if they find a tool laying around.

Menards here locally had some cheap tools that were pink. Might want to check there to see what they have.

I believe Apollo makes that set. I thought about getting something similar for my daughter when she gets older. She's only 2 right now, be she likes to help!
