Need to buy a 3/8” non sparking hex wrench for gas cylinders. What to get and where from? I see that be-cu is hazardous for your health. I searched and saw a titanium blended one that said it was non sparking but I thought that titanium made sparks. An online source is preferred.

Titanium is not non-sparking.

Aluminum bronze (AKA Al-Br) is non-sparking and is also non-hazardous. Ampco makes a lot of this stuff.

BeCu is only hazardous if you grind on it. Unless you get the dust in your lungs, you have nothing to fear.

Another option would be aluminum. But that may be too soft for practical use in most applications.
