Hi there,
I've been following this board for awhile. Lots of great information here.
I'm in the process of planning my dream garage for construction in the spring. I've done some renovations on my home and have basic capabilities in the various trades, but always defer to the pros when in doubt.
I have a set of drawings for my new 26'x28' garage/workshop which includes a grade beam on screw pile foundation, 2x6 walls and 9 foot ceilings. My permits have been approved, so now in the process of shopping the drawings around to various contractors to get quotes on the concrete work and framing.
No doubt I will soon have questions, so thanks in advance for your patience.
