Originally found my way here from ADV Riders Forum - I'm usually hanging out there, and often get aimed over this way. Good manly man stuff here.

Grand Rapids...what's inside? A couple of push mowers, table saw, Ford Ranger, beer fridge, popup camper, bicycles, and nine motorscooters. Yeah, I spend a "bit" of time in there.....

Fixin' stuff, makin' stuff, beer drinking, and teaching myself how to weld better. What a better way to spend retirement?

I used to be south of you off M-89/M-43, until I decided south Florida was a better place to spend the winter. I made it year-round. It's been a good place to-be now that I'm retired, welcome to the club!

Well, howdy neighbors! I grew up in Grand Haven - so the "lake effect" is something I know from. Interesting that just a few miles away in Grand Rapids the winter weather can be completely different.....

Oh, and I am in one of the old neighborhoods just three blocks from Creston HS - it is now City High and I am not sure they call them Polar Bears anymore.

The scooters - newer stuff, not the classics. Mostly mid 2000's higher end scoots - Aprilia, Malaguti, and the like.
