I'm not a pro, just a very enthusiastic handyman -

I've often seen the SO trucks around town. Is is possible for the average regular guy to stop by, and pick some stuff up? Or do special arrangements need to be made?

I work out of a van, so dont have a regular dealer (I did when I was trapped indoors:)). If I need something I just stop and climb on board with my debit card (dont tell the wife:))

Best if you can spot a truck at some business like a garage ,just wait till they are done before you approach them. Better yet you can call snap on and place an order, free shipping !

Even better was if you made a short trip up towards temple/belton/killeen and dealt with mrshaun, unless he wants to recommend you toward a more local dealer.
