Have a chance to pick this up locally. What should I look for as far as problems?

Any idea on value/price?

It's hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like the collar is still there, so that's good.
Look at the condition of the jaws. Replacements have to be custom made and fitted for each individual Parker. Look at the jaw alignment. Check for any cracks in the slide or the jaw towers. Especially where the dynamic jaw meets the slide, and around the front support shelf under the dynamic jaw. If there is any welding or brazing, be wary. Open and close it to see if there is any binding, that will give you an indication of the condition of the screw and nut.

Otherwise, it looks to be in decent condition.

Ok! Glad I asked about the jaws! ..lol

I have an email in to him.. No phone # in the listing, so waiting on him.

There is a taller Colombian available for around the same $$. It looks like someone painted it...

The Parker would be a better vise. The Columbian is cast hollow and weighs less than an equal Parker. The Columbian looks like it might be missing a pair of pipe jaws. They're easy to get online, but pricey. Otherwise, the Columbian is a decent vise, but the Parker would be better.

Good to know. Between the time I posted the pic and now, the Colombian sold...

Hoping to grab the Parker

Yeah, good deals go quickly. I recently responded to a C/L ad just 38 minutes after it was posted. I heard back later that the items were already gone to an earlier responder. Somebody was quicker than I was.

Grab the Parker NOW!
It does look like the jaws don't match, if that matters to you.
KMScott can make you a new set, but they are a lot of work which means a lot of $$.
