I saw the same air compressor as this pictured a few months ago. I am now mentally challenged and can not find the thread. Has any one had any luck with the identity and model of this air compressor? I have been told it is many things, but at the root design I assume Devilbiss. I shrunk pictures down, and hope they are small enough.

With the exception of the small expansion / cooling tank on the one side it looks like the one that was on my father's Craftsman spray gun compressor.

That's all I know about it. :(

believe you are on track for craftsman as well. (Of course craftsman parts are made by the likes od B&D Devilbiss ect...) I have entered random compressor numbers to find parts but have failed to find correct number so far. So if any one has craftsman/original manufacturer id info, I love to have it. I see a D and 1393 stamped on the block. Thank you again for any input. Jim

mustancrazy77 has the same compressor and I think originally prebranded from curtis/quincy design. I am thinking 50-60's age from the head changes in early 70's, but for the life of me, I can't get an actual model number. The block stayed pretty much the same into mid 70's. Thanks for all the inputs. I can taste that faint information, but still can't identify.
