Well, here it is. 5000 sq ft Steel building on a monolithic slab. 1/3 is shop 2/3 is house. The shop is getting Norklad 200 - Beige, no flake. The house is getting acid stained and sealed.
We've been in a holding pattern for COVID awaiting our roll ups (4 months BTW for custom doors).
Slab was poured in March, 50' power screed, Power trowels. It has been roofed in for about 2 months now and moisture tests all came back good. Control joints were saw cut the day after pouring and we masked and filled them with color matched silicone over backer rod.
Today we put down the Pre-Prime 167 and tomorrow we put down epoxy. Once we finish that we are going to Acid stain and seal the entire house floor in one shot. We will then put down resin paper and frame/sheetrock/texture/paint before removing the paper. This will save us having to mask off any finished surfaces for stain.
