Norseman 115 piece ode ill bit set

I picked up a 115 piece Norseman set from HJE on the 4th. The bits on the 24-60 side of the box don't quite fit under the slanting hood on the lid. Some are a little too long so they don't fold up properly. Does anyone else have this set? If so, do you have the same problem?

Email with pictures sent. The index itself is dented on one side so at the very least I'm looking to get that replaced. I'll let you guys know how it works out.
