Hello from the hills of north central Massachusetts!
I got interested in garages when i was small and one of my uncles would have me hold the drop-light while he worked on his '47 Merc. My friend's dad had a big garage and she and I used to watch him building projects all the time.
When I was in high school, that same uncle got me a job working for a friend of his with a big garage business, cleaning up the floors, parts counters, offices and such. At some point they decided I could also pump gas, so that became part of my job as well.
Since then, I've usually lived in homes with a garage where we could work on projects and keep the vehicles in good order or bring an old vehicle back into shape again.
So yeah, I am pretty much ancient and have a wide variety of interests, including antique and classic vehicles. I enjoy reading the different posts about how people use their garage and what projects they are working on.
