I don't recall Northern doing a **% off coupon like Harbor Freight does almost every week, but they do have frequent sales. Sometimes they are listed on their site, and sometimes they are email only.
At the bottom left of every page on their site is a place to sign up for their "Email Deals : Sales, Specials + Exclusives".

My last sales flyer in the mail had 3 coupons in it the two above plus a $5 off a $15 purchase.

The link should take you to Northern Tool's coupon page, where those two coupon codes were present, along with what I assume are printable barcodes containing the same code.
Either way, the coupon codes are from that page, so feel free to use them.
OP . . . . also always go to www.RetailMeNot.com to check for Northern Tool coupons.
You can always "ship to store" for free so online you get the best price. Website may not allow both the RetailMeNot code and free ship-to-store so you then have to call rep for website and they'll add code for free ship-to-store.
One time, I had printout of online price and went to store so they honored the price with all the coupons.
In general, Northern Tool has excellent customer service.
