I bought a set of Klutch triple-squares bits from NT for my WV. They're decent quality to the Kobalts and Huskys.

Only recent CM stuff I bought were their striking pry bars with the strike and it was still made in the USA. But I've been phasing out my CM stuff with Snap-on.

I appreciate all of the knowledge on here, and especially appreciate mr. l’s list of craftsman tool codes! Wow, here I have been purchasing craftsman since the early 1980’s and that list has kept me busy for hours just making sense out of everything. There is a question that I have about northern tools: I purchased a set of long pattern combination wrenches. They are highly polished , look quite a bit like Mac or matco and after using them for a couple of years they are increasingly impressing me by their performance. It seems that the open ends do not flex as you will find with the best of craftsman. And they are slender allowing increased access when working in tight spaces. I am left scratching my head, as it really doesn’t make sense for northern tools to be selling these for the ridiculous price that I paid.
