In the process of building a garage, and the floor was poured last week. The floor in these pics is completely dry. Contractor warned me that it will be slippery.

28x32. We're converting our existing garage into living space for my mother in law, so this is the replacement. We're having contractors do it.

This is new to me. I actually like it, after having to deal with uneven, lumpy, cracked garage and basement floors for the past 20 years. I figure I can put down floor mats and eventually finish the floor. When I finish it, I can always add texture. Much easier and cheaper to add that, than to have to smooth/level/repair a rough floor. I'm happy so far.

You'll need to roughen or etch the surface on that pour if you expect any concrete finish to adhere properly.
