Went to a local bodyshop supplier a few days ago to get some epoxy primer. When I asked if theirs had any isocyanate in it they said any catalyst for epoxy primer has it. I'm positive this is wrong. Maybe only the stuff they sell does? The only other supplier nearby, White & Peters (used to be THE place to go to) only sells to body shops now. Haven't looked for other sources in my area yet.
Not that it matters, but I want to brush this on a driveway gate I'm building. (Could spray it but want a brushed on look to it). Any left over will be used on a couple of cars I'm restoring and I'd buy more of the same brand when needed. Or if I end up getting the gate powder coated, I want isocyanate-free primer for the cars anyway.
Maybe I should just order it online? I buy stuff online in the US all the time so that's not a concern. Any recommended brands that don't have isocyanate?
Thanks!
