Not looking to get flamed, made a mistake and cannot go back.

Long story short, primer color was put down first, then the hardener, they were not mixed together it was layed one on top of the other.

Now it is tacking up, should I take everything up? Or give it time to cure and epoxy over?

Kit is armor garage chip.

Any advice appreciated

Honestly, you need to remove it. The part-B hardener needs to be mixed together with the part-A epoxy resin in order to cure correctly. The resin that has soaked into the concrete to achieve the bond you need won't even start the curing process. Only the layer on top that has come in contact with the hardener will cure - somewhat. The rest of your entire system would be reliant upon a seriously suspect primer layer.

Shea is correct, it must be removed by scraping or grinding it off, otherwise new floor epoxy will not adhere.
