Notifications for subscribed threads

I noticed a couple days ago that I was not receiving email notifications for threads I'm subscribed to. I checked my profile and my email is correct. Late yesterday afternoon I received a bunch of notifications all at once. This morning I noticed that again I did not receive a notification for an updated thread. Anyone else have this issue?

Your email provider is blocking my emails since the server change. We are in the process of getting on the whitelist again... but it might take a few days. It might help speed things up if you complain to your email server provider though!

Noticed the same thing yesterday as well but decided to wait and see if it rectifies before I send a complaint.

Still not working. But here is something else I noticed. On my profile page, under List Subscriptions there are "Instant" check boxes on the right side. This is for instant notification I presume. I can check the boxes, but there is no way to save those changes. If I leave that page and go back, they are unchecked again. If there was a way to check them, then save the settings on that page, maybe it would work.

We got added to another black list over the weekend... I've got my host involved now, so hopefully we can get off these as quick as we got on them. It just takes some time to prove to these folks that we don't send unsolicited emails... ever.

What about the "checked" boxes I mentioned above not staying checked. Is that a glitch? It seems like there should be a "save changes" button at the bottom of that page to save the checked status.

Hoping that my forum notifications also return this evening. They usually arrive around 9PM PST.

I am still not getting notifications.My provide is Gmail/gsuite/Google or whatever they call it now. I will dig out an old notification and open a support case with them.

Good news though, we just got verified by another spam checker... So things are looking up.

Cool. Just chatted with gmail, no help at all, says they can't investigate domains I don't own. You'd figure that the largest email provider in the world would be smarter than that, but oh well.

I followed up with an email to them in the hopes that it gets routed to somebody who actually understands the issue and can investigate.

In the meantime, Thanks for chasing this down at your end. In my day-job we run into these issues as well, and they are extremely time-consuming to rectify :-(

Just to confuse things, I am getting notifications from 5 threads but not from any others.
I have cleared cookies, unsubscribed and re-subscibed to some of the threads and reticked the notification boxes but still only the same 5 threads.
Any suggestions?

Sadly, same sort of thing is still happening to me...and I'm still not receiving forum notification emails. I've resigned myself to checking the forums manually every evening until the problem resolves itself.

FYI I am still not receiving any subscribed forum notification emails. I DO get emails when subscribed threads have new posts, but the emails I used to get showing new Forum activity have never returned after the server upgrade.
