Nucor vs MBCI building quality?

I have 2 contractors bidding on my 50x 90 x 20 eves building, and they both just gave me color charts , so I assume the Nucor and MBCI are the 2 steel building companies each will use.

I have been talked into no skylights, as UV will still come through to bleach the vinyl roof on my RV's and soft tops on a few hotrods, so they both say.

Any feedback on either manufacturer? Not much said using google search
