Bet you thought I was a woman. I am not. I am 28 years old with a wife and 4 month old son. I am a registered nurse who worked in pediatric surgery for 4 years then needed to take a break from the night shift and supervisor stress. So almost 2 years ago I took an 8-5 m-f computer job working with physicians and their required patient care programs. I have been creeping on this board for a few months and have shamed myself into getting my garage in shape.

Enough about me lets talk about my garage. It is an attached 3 1/2? car garage with 8' celings. The third space has a 10 ft door at each end and an 18' in the 2 car side. I am about to start a thread for its organization so watch out.

Glad to be here,
Matt

Welcome. I am an ER nurse. My wife thinks it is funny when people ask her, 'what does your husband do?' & she tells them. Then they say, 'oh, is he a male nurse?'

Glad to hear that I am not the only murse on the forums. There is a certain stigma to a male nurse but you can't beat the ratio when you are a single guy. I met my wife while working at the hospital and can honestly say she is a better woman in every way than I would have had a chance with out of the hospital.

Here is the current state of the garage. Sorry about the mess. We had the house built 3 years ago and I stretched the garage as much as I could on a city lot. I use the garage mostly for mechanicing but do the occasional woodworking projects and love welding.

JC23- I have admired your artwork while cruising other threads. I am not sure about infection but I am concerned about possible hyperthyroidism. That is some nasty ocular distention.
