Does Wurth still sell the silver wheel paint in aerosol cans??

That used to be some REALLY good stuff, but I heard it was discontinued because of harmful ingredients.......

Hi Rigmaster, we do indeed still sell the silver wheel paint, we have changed the cans, but the product is still the same we also still sell the clear coat that goes with it, I have quite a few BMW and independent shops that use it, I personally love it and the match to OEM wheels is flawless. If you need pricing please shoot me a pm.

Do your cans of wheel paint have a picture of someone painting the tire instead of the wheel?

I dont rember those cans, but then again I was more worried what came out of the can rather than what the can looks like lol, they go in the trash anyways!

Again that part number is listed above as silver, we changed the cans. Same stuff different can. Same part number, makes wheels like new. I would recomend clear with it, as its a laquor and with time and no protection will wear off. Any other questions let me know

Guys, this seller hasn't been on GJ in months. Not that I'm complaining - there's something sleazy about distributors trying to pawn off their products in the forum's classified section.

Out of my mind... Be back soon!
Heh, that's like the big brother of the ubiquitous 'red kit' with 24 different security bits, produced in vast quantities by somebody in Taiwan. Got mine in Texas for ... don't even remember but it was like $5-10 at Electronic Parts Outlet.

I don't see that way. Especially when I could use several products from Wurth about right now. Especially if the price was right:)

but I should've checked when he last logged on:eek:

I know what you mean, and would also love access to some Wurth tools, but there's got to be a better way of going about it. Why has the distributor only mentioned a handful of products, and why via a forum instead of pointing to a website, if even a very simple one.

Im on here quite a bit, I just dont log in unless I have something to add, I mostly just look around and read the threads, I can reached 24/7 by e-mail, which I belive I have listed, [email protected]. Im not on here trying to push anything, I have extened some of our special offers to GJ members.

If I was on here to sell something I would be fluding the classified section, as my garage is full of chemicals, hardware, and tools. But im content with it sitting here for my useage, if someone needs something Im always willing to help a fellow member out, as its not Wurth policy to sell to individuals.

Again I apoligize for not logging in, and Im most defifinalty not on here to sell
or push anything, I have quite a few customers that keep me busy!

To answer this question for you, Wurth is not in the bussiness of selling to individuals, there not going to open up an account with an individual, while I dont agree with this policy, its still a policy.

If you would like to view Wurth USA's offerings, please feel free to visit www.wurthusa.com, there are pdf files that can be opened to view sections of the catalouge. I will say our tool offering is quite slim as of late, its tough to compete with Snap On, Mac, etc that offer weekly payment plans. Our German tool line is quite extensive, but it takes quite a bit of time to order something from Wurth Germany, as it shipped via boat and had to go through customs, usually 8 week min.

I just call it as I see it.

Thank you for clarifying your position - your explanation eases my concerns and lightens my criticisms a bit, although I hope that you understand my reasons for wanting to scrutinize your motives.

For what it's worth (pun intended) the Wurth (or Würth) hardware is among the best. They have some lubricants and chemicals that I couldn't live without, like Rost-off, and HHS and their anti-sieze. Most of the quality Euro shops here use there stuff exclusively.

The Zebra Multi-use sockets look interesting. Are they offered in a deep style?

Most of the tools are on special this mouth, which is a rare occurance, but we do it so they can be given out as x-mas presants to employes.
Thanks for the kind words, we take pride in our products.
