I've ordered from them about 5 times so far. You have to keep in mind most people with good reviews don't spend the time to write one so online reviews are normally skewed. Any time I have ordered something fairly common (NWS Fantasticos, Felo Screwdriver Set, Knipex Cobras, Knipex Pliers Wrench, etc.) I have received my shipment in the time expected and it has been well packaged. One of my orders had a lot of very obscure things (3/16 Ball End Hex Wera Screwdriver, stahlwille 20x22mm Combo Wrench, a specific pair of Knipex Tweezers, etc.) that I knew from the beginning they would not have in stock. This took them about 45 days to get to me in one shipment. Any time I would inquire as to the status of this order I received a prompt reply. Very realistically some of the products they list are incredibly hard to find, expecting that to be at your door like its a netflix rental is pretty unrealistic.

Chads is great. Had quick shipping from them on nws and knipex. After having my nws a while i kinda wish i had bought knipex needle nose... The nws needle nose don't close all the way, there is a hairline gap remaining...

The combi-max and combi-ergo are awesome pliers. Similar to a linesman but the gripping section near the joint fits hex nuts much better.

I've always been a little leery of Chad's TB too from some of the stuff I've read but 25% off and I've been wanted try those NWS QuattroGripp water pump pliers so I placed an order this morning. We'll see how it turns out?

I've placed at least 10 or so orders over the years and never had an issue. I had a warranty claim once and he just had me take a picture of the broken tool and mailed me a replacement.
