Alot of you guys are like me. Love the crazies. Man, you knuckle draggers a must eat alone
My wife had two hf 44's in her sewing room until a recent remodel.
They are sitting empty in her garage now.
That's pretty cool man. You've got a great wife. (Yes, I know my criteria for having a good wife is off, but still, that IS pretty cool)I was thinking the same thing...![]()
Whats the big deal? It's not like she secretly went in his tool box to mess with his stuff....she says in the video he agreed to have her help him. She also says she used his input as far as how he wanted stuff organized. She literally says this in the first 30 seconds of the video...
1. If my girlfriend messed with my tools I would lose my damn mind. Not because she's a female, but because if you blind folded me and told me to pull out a TL72 ratchet, 8mm deep socket, corresponding 8mm wrench, a curved pick, 5/8 spark plug socket (the one I milled down to fit inside the heat shield on a Dodge 3.9), 5mm T-handle Allen wrench, and an 11/32 nut driver I could do it in 10 seconds. And I don't even wrench for a living.
2. How does anyone, even someone who's not a DIYer or handy in general, not have even one single combination wrench? She bought him a decent, good size toolbox, and the two most important things are nowhere to be found (wrenches and a socket set). I guess he does have a few loose sockets.
Don't get me wrong, her intentions are awesome, but she needs to grab him a set of BALLS and cancel the mani-pedi he usually getsfor his birthday or Christmas. Judging by the rock she can make it Snap On. Oh, and no matter how much you love her, no girlfriend/wife-owned tools allowed in your box (her drill is in there)
My wife not only puts tools away where they belong but goes to get them as well.
I can sit on a stool by the car working and she can go get anything so I do not have to get up. She brings me beer and tasty snacks.
Getting up off your fat asses to get your own tools does not make you manly.
The woman in the video is an asset, not a problem.
Yeah, I think even "DIYer" is pushing it for his tool collection. Good on him for having a toolbox at all, though, even if he can only fix the simplest things. You'd be surprised how many people don't have anything.2. How does anyone, even someone who's not a DIYer or handy in general, not have even one single combination wrench?
