Odd old drill press on craigslist

I saw this ad and stopped by and looked at it, but didn't think to snap any pictures of my own. I couldn't make out who manufactured it, but it had a GE motor that may or may not be original and it looked like an add-on power switch and work lamp branded Dayton. The depth stop was up top via a threaded rod and a few round adjuster nuts. It was tiny over all with maybe three inches between the middle of the chuck and the pillar. Does anyone have any idea who might have made it? This all just me being curious. It's too small for my projects. I did give the gentleman selling it this forum's address, so maybe we will see some other cool tools up here. There was a good amount of vintage iron that I have no use for.

This little guy matches all the details I remember. Thanks for pointing me toward sensitive drill presses. I'm still not sure if this is one, but at least now I have something research.

Does anyone have an idea what kind of price something like this with a nasty sounding motor should run?

Most of those type of drill presses run to the expensive side. They are usually balanced rotating assemblies to run the high speeds they do. A lot of them have an 1/8" max bit size. So that machine is for drilling small hole only. If the motor is wonkey then expect to pay 2-3x what a regular motor might cost to get one that is balanced for the application.

I have no personal knowledge of that specific machine so I may be off in my generalities above.

Notice that on the video the drive pulley wobbles a bit, noticeable on shutdown.
