Odd old Williams Allen socket

Picked up 3 of these at a yard sale, 3/4 inch drive with a one inch Allen with TWO ball detents on them, checked out Alloy Artifacts- but they've nothing on them. Anyone know history on Williams HX-130's?

Williams had hex drive large ratchets and sockets early on, so that would be an adapter to use the hex drive sockets with a square drive tool.

Neat find. Were there other Williams items?

I suspect it’s an adapter from old hex drive to new square drive. Similar to #M-131 on this page.

Thank you! Yeah, there was other Williams stuff, mostly the old single ended heavy wrenches, when they are cheap I never let them pass me by.
