^ the jaws are somewhat "Victor-ish", but the Kraeuter "Victor" didn't have that "FORGED STEEL" panel and the tail ends of the handles are much different.

Kraeuter wasn't the only company making this style of vintage Combination pliers with asymmetrical jaws, BHM did, too. Note that one jaw is straight with serrations, while the other is curved with serrations. The outer profile is curved because the jaw is. The straight (upper?) jaw has a narrow channel cutting across the serrations. This is to grab and hold wires or similar small round shapes. In addition, the Kraeuter Victor has Button's patent notches for shearing wires on the opposite side of the pivot from the jaws.
