That looks like someone took the racheting head out of a busted torque wrench and hammered a plastic handle on it.

Yes, its a rat head out of a torque wrench. The actual handle would be very short, so the added handle on this would not hold up very well in use. I would pass.

I've been told in the past that torque wrench heads have a different kit than regular ratchets,supposedly stronger.Anybody heard this?
