Ya its a 7/8 on one end and a 3/4 on the other.

looks like it dates to 1953 ... hopefully the write up in his site will have any other info you need.

Its a wedge grip wrench, i think only made in the 50s. Its made to be used at a angle. They are hard to find. The whitworth ones are rare.
