Odd stamped Snap On ratchet?

Picked up a long-handle flex head Snap On 3/8" ratchet today, and can't find out much about it. Its stamped as an "F83+", but my Google searches have come up empty for that model number...and I cant find anything under just "F83". I've found a few other models with the F83 prefix, but none are for a long handled flex head.

Any ideas?

Yes...it's an 831
One just like it sold on eBay last month for $40

It's an F831. I feel like I want to reach through the computer screen with a toothbrush and some WD-40 to clean those grooves.
