Odd taper reamer - who made it?

Have a couple taper reamers - I think for installing taper pins. Looks like they must be rotated counterclockwise to ream. No manufacturer's name.

They look like bolt removers (easy outs) to me.

Yep, easy outs to remove broken bolts after drilling them, hence the left hand bite.
Possibly Proto brand.
