ODD tool ID needed

Not for sure what it is. Found in an auction box. Measure about 7" long. Weight is about 5lbs and has 4 wheels on the bottom. Rolls really smooth. The auction was for a quarry repair shop. So Bigger equipment. Any ideas would be appreciated. It could be part of something.

Do the wheels look like train wheels, like they would follow a track?
The picture is too blurry to tell.

My guess is that it is a replaceable part for some piece of equipment like a saw, bolts to a bed and rollers face up.
