Odd tool stamping "Impulse Gun" ???

Digging through old boxes of tools in my garage, and found this single-end box end wrench with a VERY intriguing stamping on the handle. Can anyone tell me about this?

Here is a closer view of the stamped name in the handle on this one. Wonder if some super-secret military guy came back in a time machine, and left his tool here? LOL

No, looks almost unused. There is some dust on it, visible in the photo.
