I found this in a large toolbox yesterday but never got a closer look until late last night

The head screams Proto but the body is unlike anything else I've seen. There are turn marks that end right at the on/off lever and a dimple on the end from being held on a live center

It's only markings are KKK 12.7 (1/2") Tool 250mm 86

The guts are a mirror image of Proto but are definitely different. The pawls are much stronger. I'll try to get a comparison shot later today

Could be a proto QC reject that got sold off to another brand. I got an sk 45170 that is a qc reject that was sold as a "craft". I cannot say for sure though.

My guess is that it is made by a company like Proto, but made for an company overseas being that it is marked in MM.

12.7 is 1/2" drive, 250 is 9.842 which may designate the length. The 86, I wouldn't have a clue about which from MM to inch amounts to 3.385
