Got this at a junk store for a dollar because it’s Snap-On and I didn’t have one. Turns out it is for tamper resistant access panels....probably won’t ever need it.

That’s Funny right there...I gotta use that on my neighbor, helped him put u-joints in the pump drive of his Case 1845B skid steer loader yesterday...

This removes the bolt from the cover on a water valve box. Also called Buffalo box. It's a tamper proof type fastener.

That's the first thing that came to my mind but I doubt Snap On would make one for that purpose.
