Very nice. I have seen some bolt heads like that on some chrysler mini vans.

more for transmission sub boxes but i have seen edison and telecom boxes with those many times

this is one i had a hard time finding

What does it measure from the top point to the bottom flat. Around here Pentagon bolts are used for Ford meter boxes

That’s Funny right there...I gotta use that on my neighbor, helped him put u-joints in the pump drive of his Case 1845B skid steer loader yesterday...

Motor mount, I think also on sub frame or rack. I remember cursing them a couple times.
